Electrical wiring installed to NZ standard portable building regulations and certificated with 4-year warrant of fitness supplied
Insulation:
Insulation high quality fire retardant material.
The under floor, walls and ceiling are lined with natural fibre, rock wool.
Underfloor insulation lining is 100mm, walls, 72mm, ceiling100mm.
Building lower floor base
Built out of 4mm mild steel plate,
20mm marine plywood floor,
100mm rock wool insulation, underneath seal cover plate 0.55.
All steel work is sand blasted, galvanised and two pack paint system.
The main manufacturing building has the following approval certification, IOS 9001,14001, OHSAS 18001, DNV factory approval, Lloyds Welding Qualification, BV & ABS product certificate.
Factory test facility test for the following, Structural, Thermal test – Central control room, Water tightness, offshore drop test, ultrasonic test, MPI test.
Structure to EN ISO 15609, AS/NZS 1170.2, 1554, 2589
Electrical to NZ Standards
Decoration NCC 2013 – building Code of Australia.
Twist lock eye point loading max = 7.4 KW.
